CONGRATS TCC TEAM
Our team was selected to present at the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics Health Care Symposium.
The TCC team traveled to Palm Springs, California to share our process model for patient care with attendees from across the country!
HEAR FROM ONE OF OUR PATIENTS
After losing her insurance through her job, Helen found herself alone navigating the medical world with no insurance. She felt confused, isolated, and stressed about how she was going to take care of herself and her father. She was running out of medication to manage her diabetes and recently suffered a stroke. She was unhappy and did not know where to turn for support.
This is when Helen’s family shared their own positive experiences at TCC and insisted she make an appointment for eligibility. Since becoming a patient at TCC, Helen’s A1C levels have decreased, and she feels like her medications are finally working. She shared that TCC provides attention to what she truly needs and that the clinic is the best thing to happen to her medical health. Helen is so happy she found a clinic that makes her feel comfortable.
